Tax Return Forms Now Available FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CONTACT: ADAM CIRUCCI “The April 15th deadline will be here before you know it,” Dinniman said. “I encourage residents to stop by my office to pick up tax return forms, instruction booklets and the most commonly used schedules for you state and federal taxes.” The forms are available at Senator Dinniman’s District Office, located at historic One North Church Street in downtown West Chester. Residents can call (610) 692-2112 or e-mail jewald@pasenate.comto request a form via mail. Residents can also apply online at the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue’s Web site, www.revenue.state.pa.us. In addition, Dinniman encouraged senior citizens to take advantage of the free tax preparation assistance currently available at senior centers throughout Chester County. IRS-trained volunteers are available to help low-and moderate-income individuals with special attention to those aged 60 and older to file federal, state and local returns at no cost through the AARP Tax Aide Program. Please call ahead because appointments are required. In addition, residents should bring the following items to appointments: last year’s return, Social Security 1099 form, all 1099 forms, W-2 from all employers, unemployment compensation, real estate tax receipts, medical, dental and donation receipts (if itemizing), receipts of estimated taxes paid and social security cards and other official documentation for all dependents.
