Dear Friends,

Senator Andy DinnimanAs someone who has expressed an interest in ending human trafficking, I want to let you know about a special event that I am holding on Thursday, January 16 at 7 p.m. at West Chester United Methodist Church.

You may know that Senate Bill 75, which would help end human trafficking here in Pennsylvania and of which I am the first co-sponsor, passed the Senate on December 10. The bill now goes to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for consideration.

We are now one-third of the way to making Senate Bill 75 law. I have called this event to coordinate the final push in getting this legislation passed in the House and signed by the governor. We will also discuss the specifics of the legislation itself and what it will mean for law enforcement, victim services, private citizens and the faith community.

Thursday, January 16th
7 p.m.
West Chester United Methodist Church
129 S. High Street
West Chester, PA 19382

More info will follow in
the weeks to come.

The Philadelphia area is one of the major hubs of human trafficking in America. In passing Senate Bill 75, we will deal a major blow to the local, national and global scourge of human trafficking.

Please join me on the evening of Thursday, January 16 to discuss how you can help Senate Bill 75 clear the final hurdles and hear what is next in the battle against this modern-day slavery.

Thank you for your interest in ending human trafficking in Pennsylvania. Your involvement is vital to this effort, and I hope to see you on January 16!
