WEST CHESTER (March 16) – With spring just around the corner and trout season opening in a few weeks, state Senator Andy Dinniman announced that his office has free guides to 2015 Adult Trout Stocking schedules in Chester County.
The guides are available to the public at his West Chester District Office or online here.
“If you are interested in assisting with trout stocking our local watersheds, check out this helpful guide and be sure to show up early on the date that stocking is scheduled,” Dinniman said. “I also want to thank our local fishing and boating organizations for their ongoing efforts to protect our natural resources and keep our waterways clean and safe.”
The guides list the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission’s schedule for trout stocking in streams and creeks throughout Chester County. The public is welcome to assist in the stocking and current schedules are also available at the commission’s website, www.fishandboat.com.
