WEST CHESTER (May 13, 2020) — State Senator Andy Dinniman announced today that 21 small businesses across Chester County have received more than $1.5 million in funding during the fourth round of the COVID-19 Working Capital Access Program (CWCA).

Statewide, $12 million in new funds was awarded to businesses in 37 counties in this round, with nearly $50 million awarded in total.

While we push to find safe and efficient ways to open this economy, we must do all we can to support small businesses,” Dinniman said. “The COVID-19 Working Capital Access Program is a step towards certainty during this uncertain time.”
