WEST CHESTER (March 18, 2020) – State Senator Andy Dinniman said today that he fully supports plans for the Chester County Health Department to serve Delaware County residents in the face of growing concern and increasing cases of COVID-19 in our region.

“Disease knows no boundaries. We must join together and work together in the face of this growing and unprecedented public health emergency. Chester County is fortunate to have a strong and very capable health department. I fully support plans for the Chester County Health Department to provide services to our neighbors in Delaware County, who do not have a countywide health department. I am writing a letter to Governor Wolf expressing my full support of this intergovernmental agreement. Let’s all pull together to get through this crisis.”
