WEST CHESTER (January 28) – State Senator Andy Dinniman will discuss education issues on a live, call-in television show with Senator Jeffrey Piccola on Monday, January 31 at 7 p.m. on the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN).

Dinniman, minority chair of the Senate Education Committee and Piccola, the majority chair, will discuss a number of educational issues to be raised in the new legislative session, including:

  • School Choice.
  • Charter School Reform.
  • Education Funding.

They will also take questions from viewers who are encouraged to call in to the PCN studio, toll-free at 1-877-726-5001.

“This is a great opportunity for residents to weigh in with their questions and suggestions about education in Pennsylvania,” Dinniman said. “As the Commonwealth faces what looks to be a historically austere budget, we must focus on creative and new ways to cut costs. At the same time, we must also work to protect proven investments in Pennsylvania’s future.”
